Posting a community thread will not get this type of request satisfied. You must contact support and be ready to prove (in different ways) who you are and the tenant information.
Note that Centrify supports RBAC natively, so using a single account (possibly with all rights, and possibly shared among different people -I can infer due to the use of the word 'we') is not the right thing to do from a security perspective.
Pardon the socratic method here, but infrastruture leads carry the responsibility of implementing proper security best practices.
Note that if you're a commercial customer, you're entitled to standard or premium support.
