I am fully aware of what query can be posted in community.
I have contacted technical support who asked me to post in community, in spite of me telling that I am facing login issue, which only admin (and not the forum member) can resolve it.
When I state "we", I mean our "organization (corporate)" and not multiple users, as you have inferred.
Nevertheless, Centrify admin finally created a new admin account for me.
The problem occurred all of a sudden with the admin credential which we have been using it, failed to login.
