Thank you for using Centrify.

I'm assuming you're referring to the directory where home directory for users are created since Centrify doesn't require the creation of local users on systems.

For Express customers, the location of the home directory can be configured by changing the parameter auto.schema.homedir.  Here's the snippet from the /etc/centrifydc/centrifydc.conf file.  Uncomment the line and set it to what you need.  After editing, run "/usr/sbin/adreload && /usr/sbin/adflush".

For Enterprise customers, they can manage user's home directories centrally in Active Directory:
