Based on your response, sounds like you did not review the adbindproxy guide.
If that's not an option, please undo the changes you made and review

This includes videos, perhaps this is easier to follow.
The file you should be working with is called: centrify-adbindproxy-5.4.0.aix6.1-ppc.tgz and it's downloadable via the Express download site under AIX.
The nomenclature means that the lowest version supported is AIX 6.1
