This was expected (or at least part of me suspected this was going to happen).
When you join AD via Centrify, by default we update the Kerberos configuration, this affects Kerberized applications like samba (hence my optional step in the original response).
If you were using stock Samba, all you need to do is restore the Kerberos environment to the previous state (you should be able to find a krb*.pre_cdc files there; we save ); also leaving the domain will restore those settings back as well.
If you are using adbindproxy (let me know if you don't know what that is), you must re-run the /usr/share/centrifydc/bin/adbindproxy.pl script.
The main issue here is that you never explained what problem you wanted to resolve and took my advice :-)
Can you explain to me what's the desired end state?
