Re: MacOS Client in disconnected mode

Hi ,

 

Welcome to Centrify Community!

 

Can you help verify the following information: 

 

1) May we know how often does the disconnected mode issue happen?

 

2) Can you check at the System Preference -> Network -> Advanced -> DNS tab, do you see your DNS server setup properly on the list?

 

3) Does it happen to multiple Mac machines or randomly on some Mac?

 

4) When it's in disconnected mode, can you try the following:

 - Check if DNS is setup properly

 - Open up terminal and run:

> sudo /usr/local/share/centrifydc/bin/centrifydc restart

 - Wait for the adclient to start up

 - Check and see if it's still in disconnected mode by running: adinfo
