May I know if you have done the below process:
1. Reset the computer account in AD
2. Restart the adclient by the command:
"/usr/local/share/centrifydc/bin/centrifydc restart"
3. Wait for 1 minute and check again via command "adinfo" if it changed back to connected mode.
If the above had performed but with no luck, may I know if you/your customer is an exisiting customer? As paid customer can open up a support ticket with us and we can work with you via the phone/email. If not, we will provide you the email so you can send us the debug log. Please let us know.
