Welcome to the Centrify Express Community.
- Can you please let us know what version of OS X and the version of Centrify? (Terminal > adinfo -v)
- What is the experience when you try to log in to the Mac with your Domain Administrator account?
(is it a simple "shake") - Was your system ever joined to Active Directory with the native Apple Directory Services Plugin?
- Did you sign-in as Domain Administrator while the system was joined with the Apple plugin?
The reason why I'm asking is that both Centrify and Apple use different algorithms to generate UNIX UID information based on AD identities (Centrify supports Apple's scheme too).
If your admin account logged in and has a profile with a different UID number, when you try to log in with Centrify, if you explicitly don't chown or migrate the profile, you won't be able to log in.
