Hmm... I wish you had waited before deleting. When manually deleting a OS X user there are several commands to be run.
The simplest thing to do is to tell our system to use the Apple scheme to generate unique identifier, that way you'd be fine.

Another thing you can do is to query the administrator's identity provided by centrify using the adquery user command utility, and performing a recursive chown in the home folder.
