Can you help verify the following information:
1) Are AD users able to login? Or all the users are not able to login?
2) What Centrify component are being installed on the machine?
3) What able root account? Is it able to login?
To investigate the login issue, can you help perform the following steps and collect the debug files for us to further investigate:
===== Action plan ======
1. Login as root or privileged command,
--- a. /usr/share/centrifydc/bin/addebug on [This will turn on Centrify Debugging]
--- b. /usr/share/centrifydc/bin/addebug clear [This will clear the existing debug file]
2. Reproduce the issue by logging in as the Local user
3. Collect Centrify debug log using the following command
--- a. Run: adinfo -t [domain name]
--- b. Please be patience and it will take up to 15-30 minutes to complete
--- c. Follow on screen instruction and send in adinfo_support.tar.gz
4. Turn off Centrify debugging
--- a. /usr/share/centrifydc/bin/addebug off
5. Please send in logs or attached to the support case for investigation.
