Hi
Let me file a support ticket on your behalf for this issue.
Before anything, please add the local account back to the /etc/centrifydc/user.ignore file first.
Save the file and run:
>sudo adflush
Try login again and see if that makes any difference?
Meanwhile, can you look into the /var/log/auth.log file or /var/log/syslog to see if it contains error from sshd that could helps understand why your user is not able to logon?
Also, please help run the following command and show us the output:
grep centrifydc /etc/nsswitch.conf
Please keep us posted. Thank you!
BR,
Ivan
