CDC 5.1.0 is quite old. It is not certified to support RHEL6.7 ... since RHEL6.x, RHEL have made many enhancements including the introduction of abrtd.
so, the problem is on occasion adclient suffers a crash, it will try to generate a core for analysis, but then abrtd is also trying to do the same thing (locking process space to geneate core).
in this kind of deadlock, since the process is not going away fast enough, our watchdog will then try to kill it outright - adding to the mayhem and confusion.
so,
(1) there is an KB to tell cusomtet how to remove adclient from adbrt purview. one chef at a time in the kitchen please.
(2) 5.1.0 is really too old. there has been many fixes and enhancements since then - like W2012R2 support, and lots of performance fixes.
note that RHEL6.7 is not officially supported until suite 2016 (5.3.0).
suggest customer to upgrade to latest suite 2016.1 (5.3.1).
(3) we always treat adclient crash very seriously.
we encourage customers (including express customers) to open case with support. we will definitely take a look.
