Re: SSO Not Allowing any Sign-Ins

It appears we worked with Tracie Braun, Lee Godby, and Andy Zindel.

 

This implementation is over a year old; we finished the configuration of our Samanage-Centrify SSO August 1, 2017. I only contacted Andy and Lee one time after that (September 2017) and was told we could not receive any support because of our agreement with Samanage.

 

Would it be possible to get on a call with a sales rep/technical lead from Centrify and someone from Samanage so we can work this out?  Samanage is telling me we have free use of Centrify with limited (Community) support, and Centrify support is telling me that our account is set up wrong and should not still be active.
