Hi jlo,

 

Sorry for the delay in response.

 

Could you help us to confirm which version of express agent you are using? The current version is 5.2.4. If you are not using the newest one, could you please update the agent to 5.2.4 as it did include many fixes.

 

Secondly, could you also help to perform initail troubleshooting steps as outlined in below:
