We recently had to re-establish the cloud connector, as two of the machines it was running on had to be removed from our environment. Since then, when we try to enroll new devices, we get an error (either iOS or Android) that says it cannot create the AD device.
Going through my install directions from when we installed the Cloud Connector originally (a few years ago), we had to choose the OU's that would be allowed to enroll. I now see that it's more Policy driven, and the OU's that we migrated to Policies have not changed.
What would cause this, and how can I troubleshoot it? I also wonder if we need to allow a permission on the Cloud Connector write access to the OU's (which is running as a service account on the machines it's installed on) I am going to check that next - is there anything else I should be checking?
