Hi Tony,

Thanks for you very detailed explanation. I’ll look into the service
account privilege requirement document in more detail. As a work-around to
get the devices added, I am running the Cloud Connector service as a domain
admin account on the machines where it is installed, so it would allow us
to add them. I’ll look into creating a service account with a bit more
restrictive privs so I am not unnecessarily giving more privs than is
needed for the service account to function properly.
