Robertson, thanks for the link to help page. This page describes MS Dynamics CRM on-premise, right? And I need Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. Settings on that help page also not similar to settings shown in my Centrify Portal for MS Dynamics CRM onMicrosoft App page.
Anyway I have configured for MS Dynamics CRM onMicrosoft App in Centrify Portal and now it is shown as 'Deployed'. But Provisioning field is empty and configured users do net get CRM licenses automatically. How can I fix it?
PS: I know that free Express version is supported by community volunteers. And I appreciate this support a lot.
