Hello Unisys,
Generally, if you re only trying to provide access, you can use the DynamicsCRM UserPassword app, which will allow the User to add their own username and password. Then, when they click the app, they will be logged in directly. You can tell the app to use the User's UPN/Mail/SAMAccountName etc to autofil the Username so they only need to add their password when they first launch the app if you prefer.
If you are trying to Federate, so that Centrify is the Identity provider for a Federated connection (meaning your Users will either log in through the Centrify User portal, or else will be redirected to Centrify before logging in to authenticate, then you will want to review the steps for set up of Office 365 WSFED+Provisioning.
Follow the steps to Federate your domain. You will only assign the DynamicsCRM license, however. Based on your Office365 plan, you may have additional licenses available.
This guide will get you started.
Please let us know if you run into any issues.
Have a good day!
