No that didnt work and I had previously tried a lot of different combinations. I also tried manualy individually adding the users in the valid users like.
I think the problem is that the linux permissions on the share arent recognising the AD Group as whichever user has access via linux permission can access the share. So if I do a chown on the share whichever AD user I set will be able to access the share.
Im currently in the procces of reinstalling the OS to start again.
Is there a set order I should be setting everything up?
Last time I did the following
1) Installed OS
2) Installed samba samba-common samba-winbind samba-winbind-clients perl
3) Ran Centrify Suite Installer centrify-suite-2016.1-rhel4-x86_64.tgz
4) Ran Centrify installer again to install centrify ssh
5) Install Centrify ADBindProxy
6)/usr/share/centrifydc/bin/adbindproxy.pl
7) Setup smb.conf
Do i need to rerun the Centrify Suite Installer again and install CentrifyDC-nis 5.3.1 or CentrifyDC-ldapproxy 5.3.1
