Hello and welcome to the Centrify Community. Sorry to hear of your login issues but we can certianly help you recover tenant login ASAP.

 

Each tenant created will receive a default cloud administrator account - this account can (and should) be used if connectivity with Active Directory is unavailable. Please refer to your welcome email for the specific acount informaiton.

 

If you are unable to login using your cloud  account because of incorrect password, try using the "Forgot Password" link from the portal login page - this option should be enabled by default for cloud-based accounts for self-service recovery.

If still unable to regain access or are unable to locate the admin information, kindly call our support line directly. We will require proof of tenant ownership by requesting an email sent from the email address used to register the tenant.
