Your previous post had mentioned issues with using Outlook with network profiles and this configuration does not appear to be supported by Microsoft - only local profiles are supported per the following Microsoft article: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2800895/outlook-for-mac-is-a-locally-cached-email-client. Is this the use-case scenario you are attempting to use?
Also curious if your keychain issues seem to be related to the symptoms mentioned within this Microsoft article link?
