Could you help to check if you did load the DoD certificate to the Keychain?

Could you try to access the .mil website after the above? Also, please describe what will be happening when you try to access .mil website? Is there any error messages? 

Please also provide us some background information:

1. What are the OS X version and Centrify Express for SmartCard version?

2. What kind and version of the Card you are using?

In case you still failed after the above, please get us the /var/log/system.log for further investigation. You could upload it to this site or email to me: albert.chu@centrify.com.
