Re: Can't open OWA email with DoD CAC after all steps are followed

Hi Pat54457,

 

Thanks for checking. 

 

Could you help to gather the below information to help us further troubleshoot the issue?

 

1. Please follow below steps and upload us the Diagnostic output:

- Open Smart Card Assistant

- Nevigate to Diagnostics tab

- Press "Run" in the right bottom (You will require to input the PIN)

- You could save the output to Desktop by clicking "Save to Desktop" at left bottom

 

2. Please reproduce the problem and get us the system log at /var/log/system.log and provide us the time frame of the issue reproduced:

 

- After you have reproduced the probelm, logout current user and log back in as local admin

- Bring up terminal and run the below command to copy the system log to local admin's Desktop

      "sudo cp /var/log/system.log ~/Desktop"

 

3. A screenshot of the error message you saw.
