As far as your connector infrastructure, that is typically managed by the customer (# of connectors for high-availability, the frequency and window for connector updates).
If you are getting "Connector Unavailable" messages frequently, please review your strategy to monitor connectors and make sure you have enough connectors for each site based on the services they provide.
