Re: MacOS Client in disconnected mode

Hi ,

 

No problem. If the steps did not help, please help to collect the debug log with the below steps:

 

  1. Bring up the MacDiagnosticTool at /Library/Application Support/Centrify/
  2. Press the following buttons in order:
    • [ 0. Clear Debug Log Files ]
    • [ 1. Enable / Disable Debugger ] 
    • (The Debug Status will switch to: ON ) 
  3. Reproduce the problem on the Mac and let the debugger record the events. For this instance:
    • Restart the adclient (/usr/local/share/centrifydc/bin/centrifydc restart) and wait for 1 minute
  4. Go back to the Diagnostic Tool and insert the name of the affected AD user in the username box on the left.
     
  5. Press the buttons in order:
    • [ 1. Enable / Disable Debugger ] 
    • [ 2. Save Debug Log files to Desktop ]
  6. Send the log file from the Desktop to us.

Please inform us when the log is ready so we can provide you the email to send in the logs. Thank you!
