Hi, we've been using Centrify Express to SSO to Office 365 for some time without issues but have noticed various problems that appeared around the same time as the Microsoft O365 portal outage the other day (29th June)
1) internal AD users are unable to SSO to Office 365 via smart links, also navigating to Office 365 login page doesn't let them sign in unless they manually type in username and password
2) Skype for Business failing to sign in, trace logs seem to suggest a failure just after these URLs, related to WsFed it seems
https://webpooldb40e11.infra.lync.com/CertProv/CertProvisioningService.svc/WebTicket_Proof
https://webpooldb40e11.infra.lync.com/WebTicket/WebTicketAdvancedService.svc/WsFed_bearer
3) Office 2013 applications unable to SSO to show connected O365 services (had a similar issue a while back that was due to a Centrify platform update).
Logging in from outside works OK but obviously doesn't have any SSO elements in this case. Our current version of Cloud Connector is 16.6.155 - is this current and if not how do we get an updated version?
Is anyone able to confirm if the MS outage has had any side effects on Centrify and what we can do to resolve this issue?
Regards,
Gerrard
