Hi Gerrard and thanks for posting. I'm not aware of any similar reported issues like what you describe but clearly something has changed. If user login is working manually, at least a workaround can be used in the meantime.
Can you describe a bit more details around your configuration? Are users able to login to the Centrify User portal and login via the Office 365 app directly? WHen attempting login directly to Office 365, are users redirected back to Centrify?
I would be happy to help take a look at your configuration - just select the "Support" option from your Cloud Manager drop-down menu and I'll take a look to make sure nothing obvious is amiss.
