Thanks for your reply. We rebooted both our Domain Controllers where the Cloud Connector was installed and after the second DC rebooted SSO started working again.
At the time any attempt to access either the User Portal or Smart Links failed to single sign-on (saw the spinning Active Directory message but then redirects to login page) but did authenticate successfully with manual username and password entry via the Centrify login box.
Looks like some kind of software glitch that wasn't picking up the AD authentications correctly, is this a known issue? Can't see anything obvious in the Event Viewer logs, is there anywhere else we can look?
